15_AREA51_PAGE door_clone_exit is no longer breakable so it properly flies across the room
Fixed shaking in outro sequence from Silo and during the Helios ending
Improved credits speed adjustments (with up and down arrow keys)
When healing individual body parts, remaining healing is automatically applied elsewhere instead of being wasted
More Crowd Control effects (pending acceptance by the Crowd Control devs): give full energy, earthquake, trigger alarms, flipped, limp neck, barrel roll, flashbang, eat beans, fire weapon, next item, quick load, quick save, spawn friendly, next HUD color, and spawn enemy
Crowd Control hide crosshair in 3rd person mode, and also showing the highlight boxes for items

Made the door to the basement at NSF HQ highlightable so you can see if it's destructible or pickable.
When you're playing on a high difficulty setting that reduces items, instead of crates becoming empty now they will have a flare in them. The idea was to have a useless (or mostly useless) placeholder item. We don't do this for the mod Vanilla? Madder. since flares are somewhat useful there, so the crates will still be empty.
Medbots and repair bots now have limited uses by default on all difficulty settings in order to prevent abuse and to allow the randomized stats of the bots to have an effect on the player. Normal is 10 uses, Hard is 5, Extreme is 3, and Impossible is 1.
For the nudge effect in Crowd Control, I multiplied the distance by 3 times since I felt like it rarely had any impact.
You now get a notification when you complete a bingo square.
Slightly reduced the randomization range for lockpick strength of doors. Before it was 50% to 150% but capped at 100%, which means 100% was very common. Now it's 40% to 120% still capped at 100%.
