Build this library

Each branch in this repo represents its own version and different building procedure. Please review each of them.

Note: It is required to use Python 3 (3.8 and later, version 3.12 is recommended).

For Anaconda users, you can activate your conda environment to build this project. No need to install Python on wide-system.
