Level Editor
Replaced LUA tile with dynamic tile that shows tilename with color derived from name
Write all expected vanilla setrooms of an area instead of just writing the setrooms for rooms that exist in the current size of the level.
Fix up the additional vanilla setrooms, cleaning up some code and reorganizing a bit.

Spiders: changed the image to a hanging image to match the hanging image of the batlike along with the new tilecode behavior of the spiders.
Batlikes and Spiders: Added falling/flying tile code images.
Vlad: Moved image to the right since that is where he ends up spawning.

Filter box has been updated to use Mod name in addition to the folder name
Config
A new command-prefix
config option has been added to extend how exes are executed. This is a power-user feature and requires hand editing the config.
