This extends the
fedempy.fmm_solvermodule with the option to export the response (part transformations + deformations and von Mises stresses as scalar) to a VTFx file while running the simulation. Will work only when you have the VTFXExporter shared library installed (not part of the openfedem project).Also in this PR is a simple progress-bar in the console window when running the solver using fedempy. This is based on the python module progress. Finally some minor bugfixes and a fixup to #24.
