v3.1: Fix missing Bluetooth MAC address on Monterey

On macOS Monterey+ the Bluetooth MAC address would not populate if Bluetooth was turned off. This has been fixed by getting the MAC address through ioreg if Bluetooth MAC address is empty. Bug reported by chart on MacAdmins Slack.
