WebGWASSGX is the web socket program in java which communicates with different data owners, parties and SGX program mentioned in the paper. Its a maven built system and uses Java EE7 and Glassfish 4 server.
##GWAS SGX project GWAS SGX project contains teh paillier implementation for intel SGX architechture. The final exe file is used by the WebGWASSGX project. The inputs to this program is passed as arguments.
