SMARPs 0.1.0 (2021-07-26)

We are happy to announce the initial release of the SMARPs repository as v0.1.0. This repository contains code that demonstrates how to use the Space-Weather MDI Active Region Patches (SMARPs) data (Bobra et al. 2021, submitted to the Astrophysical Journal Supplement Series). For usage instructions, please refer to the README.md file within the SMARP Github repository.
