Containerization, fixes and README instructions

The following changes have been implemented:

• used docker to containerize the solution and simplify the deployment
• minor fixes in the functionality
• added very brief instructions in a README file
• added bash scripts to bin directory for automation of simple deployment tasks

Database changes

Improvements:

• Bug fixes and minor improvements
• Separated parameters selection algorithm and end node processing
• Define algorithm in config file
• Added type feature and statistical model to database

Message communication parameters saving

Changelog:

3. Support for saving all message fields (SF, SNR, RSSI, CR) to database.
