BigQuery-GIS-demo to show path and data for Hurricane Florence in 2018-09

this repo has the bigquery I used to plot the path of Hurricane Florence (based on Google tutorial, see the text file at https://github.com/leewalter/BigQuery-GIS-demo/blob/master/bigquery-florence

• very fast and got the same 116 data points
