Overview: The purpose of this ticket is to design and implement the air quality sensing device which will be placed around the office.

Dev Notes:

  • This ticket is dependent on IoT 027: Research FreeRTOS (3)  #27
  • Create circuit using breadboard, sensor, and ESP32
  • Verify that we can get data from the sensor
  • Define what the data will look like which will be sent to the gateway (int? float? etc).
  • This does NOT include actually sending messages to the gateway.

Acceptance Criteria:
[ ] AC1: Use the air quality sensor & ESP32 running AWS FreeRTOS to create a device which can get readings from the ultrasonic sensor.
[ ] AC2: Document the format of the data which will be sent to the gateway.
