Overview: The purpose of this ticket is to implement whatever code and/or configuration settings are necessary to connect our sensing device to our IoT application.

Dev Notes:

Acceptance Criteria:
[ ] AC1: We can pair our ultrasonic sensing devices with the gateway.
[ ] AC2: We can see the device from the AWS IoT Device Management Console.
[ ] AC3: We can send sensor data to the gateway.
