Introduce a Legal page containing the website's legal information, featuring an overview and detailed pages for each legal aspect. This addition enhances the footer's functionality by providing users with easy access to legal documents and details.

Created the course documentation page and made the ngx-markdown format correctly. Also the app properly scrolls to top now when navigating.
