Hiwomiba is the hide WordPress admin bar using javascript file and have
functionality to hide the bar at the top.

JavaScript File to Hide the WordPress Admin Bar

Regular user usage:
1. Login to WordPress Dashboard
2. Install Simple Custom CSS & JS plugin
3. Create new custom JavaScript file
4. Add the `code`
5. Publish

Advanced user usage:
1. Login to WordPress Dashboard
2. Add the `code` to header.php in your theme file
3. Save changes
