This version has some new features and fixes:

• Market cap limit for markets under the Hurricane Interest Rate Model effect
• Market cap threshold configurable for markets under the Hurricane Interest Rate Model effect
• All the smart contracts were rewritten to fit the Solidity 0.8.6 compiler version
• Optimization in some functions to reduce smart contracts size

However, this left a huge impact on the test suite that must be rewritten to fit the new compiler version. Such problem is going to be addressed in the next major version for the protocol
