FlyToHeight(), FlyToYaw() and bug fixes

Started on some primitive 'autopilot' functions: FlyToHeight() and FlyToYaw()

N.B. FlyToHeight() target is expressed in decimetres.

Fixed some bugs in the flight log parsing.

Docs updated.
