Script for awarding points to users for visiting public pages. It is plain old Javascript so it should run on any page you want to load the script in.

This script is uploaded to our CDN will read parameters out of the script tag it is placed into.
For now master will publish to live and stage CDNs more automation can be set up later if needed.
