v0.4 - fancied it up a bit

Fixed a slight error on RJ45 footprint.
Added 3.3V to logic header.
Used nicer solder jumpers.
Added third mounting hole.
Made room so power header could mount on top side of board.
Added inverter circuit.

v0.3

Changed the RJ45 connector to a right-angled panel-mount version. Fixed a few silkscreen mistakes.

Bug fixes based on v0.1 tests

There were a couple of routing mistakes on the v0.1 board that made it unusable.

Initial fab run

PCB sent for manufacturing. To be hand-stuffed and tested.
