Configure Profiles: Give the Model Context

AI Studio allows you to create and manage profiles that include context and persona-specific details, such as preferences or unique requirements. By configuring profiles, you can enhance your results with more personalized responses tailored to your specific needs, eliminating the need to manually input this information repeatedly, making your interactions more streamlined and efficient.

1. Navigate to Settings

2. Choose Configure Profiles

3. Click Add Profile

4. Enter Your Information and Add Profile

Provide details such as preferences, unique requirements, or persona-specific context. Once complete, click Add to save the profile.

Note: The details in the illustration are for demonstration purposes. You have complete freedom to define the information you want the AI to use during conversations.

5. Edit or Delete a Profile

If you want to amend details in your profile, click Edit, make your changes and then click Update. To remove a profile, click Delete.

6. Select a Profile for Use

Once at least one profile has been configured, you can use it within the chat function and certain assistants, such as the E-Mail assistant.

      6.1. In the Chat Environment

            1. Click the _speech bubble ico_n on the left-hand menu to open the chat environment.

            2. Select the desired profile from the drop-down menu.

            

      6.2. Select a Profile in an Assistant

            1. Click the nine dots icon on the left-hand menu to access the assistant environment.

            2. Open one of the Assistants that support profile selection (e.g., E-Mail, Agenda Planner, Legal Check, Bias of the Day, Coding)

            3. Choose a profile from the drop-down menu.
