This Project Showcases a Simulation I Completed for Tata Consultancy Services, where I gained Hands-on Experience as a Data Analyst. It Involved creating Data Visualizations and Preparing Strategic Questions for Senior Leadership Meetings. My work focused on developing Visuals to Aid Executives in Effective Decision-Making. This Project Highlights my Ability to handle Multiple Tasks and Deliver Actionable Insights in a Professional setting.

This Project is Driven by the Desire to Enhance Analytical Capabilities and Provide Clarity in Complex datasets, ultimately Supporting more Informed and Impactful Business Decisions.

Project Motivation

This Project is Motivated by my Aspiration to Gain Hands-on Experience in Data Analysis, Refine my Skills and apply them in a Real-World Context to drive Meaningful Insights.

The Dataset is a Excel File, featuring Comprehensive and Meticulously Detailed Sheet.

📑 Dataset Description

When we examine, we observe a number of Different Columns in the Dataset.

• Invoice No : Unique Identifier assigned to each Invoice for Tracking and Reference Purposes.
• Stock Code : Identifier for the Specific Product or Item being sold.
• Description : Detailed Description of the Product or Item listed on the Invoice.
• Quantity : Number of Units of the Product Purchased in each Transaction.
• Invoice Date : Date on which the Invoice was Generated.
• Unit Price : Price per Individual unit of the Product.
• Customer ID : Unique Identifier assigned to each Customer for Distinguishing between Different Buyers.
• Country : Country where the Customer is Located.
• Revenue : Total Revenue generated from the Sale calculated as Quantity multiplied by Unit Price.

Requirement

• ✅ Revenue by Month in Year 2011.
• ✅ Top 10 Countries with Highest Revenue.
• ✅ Top 10 Highest Revenue enerating Customers.
• ✅ Revenue by Region.

🧹 Data Cleaning ✨

• Removed unwanted columns.
• Changed the Data Types wherever required.📅
• Removed Duplicates.
• Replaced data with meaningful data etc.📝
• Added a Column "Revenue" by using a Function.

✅ Installation : ETL Tools ✅

Using the Raw Data, I crafted an Insightful and Visually Compelling Dashboard in Tableau Public.
