[Draw Fancy Stackup] Adjusted the code to match Draw Stackup

- Applied recent fixes (when creating group)
- Moved common code
- Fixed behavior when no vias and draw_vias
- Fixed flake8 issues
- Avoided SUColumnsFancy collision
- Removed VALID_COLUMNS check
- Fixed default group name
