Sentiment Analysis for Blockchain and Beyond

In this pilot study, we replicate three literatures that had reseached the influence of media on the cryptocurrency, especially bitcoin.

Jiayi(Fiona) Li is a master's student at Columbia University majoring in Mathematics of Finance. Graduated from Duke University Kunshan with a B.S. in Data Science, she has an abiding passion for quantitative research in cryptocurrency as well as interdisciplinary data-intensive projects in Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, and HCI. She was a student leader of the machine learning group in SciEcon CIC, an NPO registered in the UK for research and innovation. Her previous research experience includes social sentiments valuation and dynamic networks featuring in decentralized finance.
