To convert files from one to other format I used CloudConvert service so to use it you will have to register an account and get a key. Once you got a key open "Ultimate Workflow Toolkit" solution and navigate to "Configurartion" section where you can enter your Api Key:

To use "Convert File" step open open Workflow/Action where you plan to use it and add "UWT: Annotation: Convert File" action:

After step is added click "Set Properties" to configure step:

  1. Check if you want to replace existing file with converted version using "Replace Original File" property.
  2. Set reference to record file you want to convert belongs to using "Record Reference" property.
  3. Set file to be converted using "Current File Name" property.
  4. Set name for a new file using "Resulting File Name" property. Note that file extension will be used as a target format for file.
