"ini_maker": make ini file given species and list of sites. This uses an existing file as a template. The currently template is from Alice's PARIS CH4 runs. "slurm": make batch slurm script. Can pass optional kwargs. If a kwarg is a list, then one batch job is run per list item. So two lists of two items will create four batch jobs, and so on. "mhd_flat_prior": create flat BC using the 180-300 wind direction sector at MHD "scenario_data_checker": check what days obs and footprint data are available for, given an .ini file as input.
