KokkoroBot is designed to be compatible with multi-platform. Let's take telegram as an example.

mention in telegram is totally different from other platform. It is @nickname in telegram but @id in others.
This may influence the behavior of some functionality in clanbattle v2 because it extracts id from @id pattern. Perhaps, in telegram, we should abandon the functionality of mention others @others in clanbattle v2
