数据库安装时修改配置文件导致初始化失败的问题 #362

在数据库安装过程中，会修改默认的my.cnf文件，增加tmpdir的配置，并且在/var/lib/mysql中创建目录。

但此时还没有初始化db，因此初始化db时，由于目录/var/lib/mysql下已有文件，导致数据库初始化失败。
