希望能可以设置打开空文件默认编码 #18

win10 新建空txt文件文件后打开默认编码为gbk。这样每次新建并编辑的时候不改编码就保存为gbk了，而希望的是utf8。希望可以设置默认打开编码。

这个功能已经加上了，请更新到最新的1.44版本
