  1. Does this PR Handle expected data in database #281 allow import_daily to go through?
  2. Does this PR affect import_daily?
  3. I see that oddb.org is restarting after 60 seconds and not being able to boot after running import_daily.

Testing these postgresql settings:

# Checkpoint settings
checkpoint_timeout = 15min
checkpoint_completion_target = 0.9
max_wal_size = 4GB

# Background writer settings
bgwriter_lru_maxpages = 500
bgwriter_lru_multiplier = 3.0

# Memory settings
shared_buffers = 6GB
effective_cache_size = 24GB
