Gas optimization for users with new compiler settings

This is more of a research question for now, at some point viaIR was able to save gas consumption by around 3-4% but now it seems impossible to use it with some contracts due to contract size limits. Maybe after Pectra it would be possible to save more gas, since the EOF will let use deploy bigger contracts and save even more gas.
