How to use

Using the server:

Install snapcast on your phone: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.badaix.snapcast&hl=en

Install an MPD client somewhere. Recommended for your phone: M.A.L.P. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.gateshipone.malp&hl=en

M.A.L.P. offers a simple way to switch between servers. This can be used to control different streams, for bigger setups e.g. families or when you want to have access to different music running servers to quickly change e.g. between Radio and preset playlists for different genres.

To get started quickly, I have added a small list of internet radios you can start from mpd via the playlists. MPD wants to be fed with your music collection. Mount your music to the MPD library path (in this installation: /mnt/share/ ). Directly from SD card or if you own a NAS just use this method.
