Not quite the same since this one requires GUI and #755 need to work headless too.

Is there any more info needed?

There shouldn't need to be any difference - because it sounds like the GUI they'd want to show is a custom dialog regardless - it shouldn't make too much difference? All they'd need is to be able to define in the publishing callback whether the user is currently publishing headless or not? Or?
