AY-7438_Loader: Task and Tags product filtering

Please describe the feature you have in mind and explain what the current shortcomings are?

Loader is currently only able to use filtering per Product type. We are missing ability to filter per Task related products. Also we are missing filtering per Tags - since production could attach arbitrary tags per published version. We need to enhance the Loader/Browser the way filtering methods are also offering Task filtering (the same as it is offered in AYON web browser). Also we need to add Tag filtering method.
