https://docs.astral.sh/uv is much faster and more capable than Poetry so a direct conversion to uv would be much appreciated!

I have made a prototype.
You can find it at https://github.com/yhino/pipenv-uv-migrate.

It will take some time to make it a practical package.
I hope you can wait for it.
