Disclaimer: I have a Macbook, not sure if any of the steps would change for windows

Download Files/ Clone Repo
Install Required Packages (if missing) Python, Pip , Flask, Numpy
Open the terminal on your system.
Navigate to the folder containing the HTML file.
Run the Flask application by executing python app.py in the terminal.
Access the application in your browser at http://localhost:5000 to see the upload form.
