Upgraded laravel-elixir-vue to laravel-elixir-vue-2, and some other NPM packages.
Fixed a bug where moving a task to new stage, the task in old stage was not removed.
Fixed a bug where error occurred in filtering teammates who have no designation.
Made profile photo responsive.
