The “Hari sa Bukit” of Negros island is a mythical epic of Kanlaon (Kan comes from a Persian word “Khan” meaning “King” and “Laon” from a Malay word meaning “Ancient.”) and “Hinilawod” an epic poem made by the early inhabitants of Ilo-Ilo, Aklan and Antique also from Panay.</br>

The dictionary provides descriptions of Tagalog material culture and notions, even those thought to be of satanic origin and an impediment to Christianization, drawn from a first-hand experience of many years lived isolated among the natives.</br>

It is the first description of this Austronesian language. It is written in Spanish and based on data from an oral corpus and translated texts, mainly doctrines and gospels.</br>

<br>Description of the Literary Work: Arte y Reglas de la Lengua Tagala is written in Latin, Spanish, and Tagalog and its material is rice paper. The book is organized into chapters on number, nouns, adjectives, voice, verbs, and so on. Verbs are classified into the tenses present, future, accusative, ablative, imperative, etc. The systematic division of Tagalog into a Latin grammatical framework and the lack of Tagalog terms to describe the language make clear the author’s utilitarian and western-oriented approach. Even today, it is regarded as the most comprehensive codification of the Tagalog language. The printer of Arte y Reglas de la Lengua Tagala was, again, Tomas Pinpin.</br>

<br>Description of the Literary Work: There's no that much information about it but It is one of his called brilliant works. The Anatomia De Regines is known for his intelligent katha.</br>

<br>Author: Graciano Lopez Jaena</br>
<br>Region: There's no exact region where Lopez Jaena wrote this literary work. However, he spent much of his life in various parts of Europe, Spain and France. It is possible that he wrote the essay while in Europe.

<br>Description of the Literary Work: A lot of the bandits, according to Lopez Jaena, were formerly farmers or peasants who turned to thievery in order to overcome unfairness and economic difficulty.

The music for the original version of the play was written by Filipino composer Fulgencio Tolentino. The play is about the injustices Filipinos suffered under Spanish colonial rule, including the oppression of Filipino prisoners by Spanish friars for expressing their patriotism.</br>
