Fatal Error Access Violation

Hello, I am rather new to this program since I have been using Garbro. I am trying to extract the files from the Shinigami Cafe game, and I did the following:

• Copied all the extractors files to the game's folder.
• Drag and drop the game exe onto extractor exe
  The window appears, but a dialog window as well (see above). Can someone help?

Since I was not sure how to use it, I clicked on dump, and the program did something, but no files were extracted and after acknowledging the error, the extractor window also closes. I am Chinese, so feel free to answer in Chinese if you wish.
