Xp3 Packaging error

I am trying to translate "bokura no Ue ni Sora wa Mawaru" using stable and old versions of krkrextract. I get an "authentication failed: invalid signing token or kirikiri kernel not recognized" error, if I use the latest version of the tool (5.0 .0), I manage to extract correctly but when trying to pack again nothing happens, not even pressing make. What would be the mistake?
