Error when game need LocaleEmulator to run

I want to extract a game but that game needs to use LocaleEmulator to run so when I drag and drop executable file to KrkrExtract.exe it throws an error like this

How can I use KrkrExtract.exe with this game?

Use the latest version(pre-release tag) directly, and no need to preload LocaleEmulator

I used latest version(pre-release tag one) and now it's doesn't extract. It just create this folder and say Failed to open: [MY DIR]\KrkrExtract_Output\data
