Repack failure.

I am unable to repack an XP3 file for the game Fate/Hollow Ataraxia, extracting the xp3 file works flawlessly, however repacking it fails instantly. I have attempted to repack an unedited file, and the same result occurs. I am left with a useless 1 kb skeleton of the file I'm trying to create. Upon clicking 'make package' KRKR instantly closes. I have searched for countless forums, though none have the same problem I am plagued with.

I tried finding a way i couldn't tried so many times it crashed every time but i tried it 15 minutes ago it worked it made in half and said couldn't krkrextract.db and then stopped
