HA update notification

This is not new is been happening a long time. If there is an update avaliable the yellow circle which should only appear on the setting tab appears on others.

As you can see it only effects new_items in the config

I haven't notice this probably it's because my sidebar is always collapsed. But I probably know what cause this.
