HTTP redirects with no schema (//newdomain/blah) doesn't work #15

Those redirects are meant to keep the original schema, so https stays https, http stays http.

When I redirect to //newdomain/newpath, it keeps old domain (and old schema), but the new path is now /%2Fnewdomain%2Fnewpath
