There are two different problems.

One is the fact that since we're running all three build commands in the first build job we are seeing that three times..

We could either a split that up into a matrix.

Or b

Figure out how to just do it once and then reuse it for each build type.

Also the cash is not restoring so every build we're redoing it also. Got to figure that out
