Previously, the WSContest tool (https://wscontest.toolforge.org/c/93) displayed start and end dates and times without specifying that they were in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). This caused confusion among participants who assumed the times were in their local timezone.
This commit modifies the template to explicitly append "UTC" to the displayed start and end dates and times:
By adding these indicators, we clarify that all displayed times are in UTC, ensuring consistency in understanding across participants and avoiding potential timezone confusion.
