Many countries outside Switzerland have taxes on capital gains, which of course impact the success rates of retirement portfolios in non-trivial ways, as well as rebalancing strategies (as rebalancing can trigger capital gain taxes).
I wonder if adding this feature was considered?

I never considered adding this feature myself since I do all my experiments
for my Swiss readers.
But it would be valuable I think. Feel free to send a PR, just make sure we
can disable it (set to 0 would be enough).
