希望内置 QLAPI 可以
增：增加定时任务
删：删除定时任务
查：查询定时任务的状态（启用 or 未启用 | 运行中 or 空闲中）、通过任务名查询对应任务ID
改：将指定ID的任务设为启用 or 禁用、修改指定ID的任务的名称、命令脚本、定时规则、执行前/后脚本、设置标签等
以及通过内置 QLAPI 手动执行指定ID的任务

通过上述功能实现多个任务之间的联动
