Provides a lot of useful information to the reviewing dev user, including:

  • - version
  • - breakpoint
  • - highlight imgs w/missing alt text
  • - show all focus rings
  • - show all hidden text
  • - grid layout
  • - utility for showing z-index/layering
  • - outline heading hierarchy
  • - highlight WTC-licensed Typekit links

This component should somehow respect build type and just omit itself for production.
