Investigate why timeout in wasmer-cli

We need to know where the 'operation timed out' comes form, when deploying to dev

I got also timeout today with deploy:

Run wasmer deploy --token=*** --non-interactive --no-wait --no-persist-id
Loading local package (manifest path: /home/runner/work/xxxx/xxxx/.)

Deploying app xxxx (xxxxx) to Wasmer Edge...

error: could not create app in the backend
│   1: could not publish app
╰─▶ 2: GraphQL API failure: Max retries exceeded for gRPC call

Hey @oritwoen , we had some scaling issues these last days. The gRPC and timeout issues should be solved now. Please reopen the issue if you had any more problems occurring when using Wasmer
