Web-app for visualizing uncertainty in air quality measurements from low-cost sensors as part of the QUANT project.

Setup

Clone the repository as a new Project within RStudio
Open the project
Obtain the credentials file creds.json and place it in the working directory (NB: this is already accessible to the hosted app)
Ensure you can access the DB (must be on the University network or VPN)
