How to add Less for use with Antd in Vue3/Vite?

The Customize Theme guide discusses adding Less to various setups e.g. Webpack, but doesn't cover Vue3/Vite, which uses Rollup. Accordingly, I'm unsure how to proceed in terms of adding and configuring Less in my project and using it to override Antd variables.

Could anyone provide any steps here, or, better still, update the guide to incorporate Vite/Rollup?
