First release of ProxyToogle, version 0.0.0.0
Small application that resides as an icon in the Windows taskbar area, just run ProxyToogle.exe to start it (no installation needed/portable application).
Allows user to toogle Windows network connection proxy usage on or off (setting in Windows available via Internet Options > Connections > LAN settings > Proxy server).

• Red icon = proxy not in use
• Green icon = proxy in use

Click on icon to toogle proxy usage.
Hover over icon to see proxy address and port.
Right-click on icon to bring up context menu with option to exit the application.

Version 1.4.0.0 contains bug fix for icon rendering issues on machines with high DPI resolution.

Now week number is displayed correctly on icon regardless of screen type or resolution.
Icon bitmap source increased from 64x64 to 128x128 pixels, font rendering method now pixel based and not DPI dependent.
